Deborah Lord is a geologist with over 30 years’ experience in the mineral resources sector, spanning greenfield to near-mine exploration and the independent review of exploration and resource development projects across a range of commodities. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee of Lunnon Metals (ASX:LM8) and a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of E79 Gold Mines (ASX:E79). Her previous roles include Head of Resource Governance at BHP and Board member of SRK Consulting (Australasia).
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) with Honours from the University of Melbourne, is a Fellow and Chartered Professional (Valuation) of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM(CP)) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG). Ms Lord is a former Chair of the VALMIN Committee, an advisor to a JORC working group, and the recipient of the 2023 AusIMM President’s Award.
Peter Johansen holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) with Honours from the University of Wollongong and has more than 37 years of experience in the mineral resources sector. His career spans exploration geology through to senior mine geology roles, with experience in greenfield to near-mine settings across multiple commodities in Australia and Papua New Guinea. Peter has been the Chief Geologist at Wiluna Mining for the past 6 years.
Geoff Williams is a highly experienced mining executive with over 30 years’ experience gained across underground and open pit operations in multiple commodities. Geoff’s career has focussed predominantly on operations leadership which is reflected in his roles as Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager Operations with several ASX listed resource companies over the past 20 plus years including Macmahon Underground. Geoff has a Bachelor of Science (Mining Engineering) from the Western Australian School of Mines, and holds a WA First Class Mine Managers Statutory Certificate as well as Site Senior Executive qualifications.
Bryan Watson is a mining professional who holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) Degree from the University of Witwatersrand. Bryan has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry working in both small and large scale mines having held leadership positions in both open pit and underground operations. Bryan’s career has included roles as mine manager for Barrick and Anglo Gold Ashanti as well as General Manager at Savannah Nickel Mine for Panoramic Resources where he led the site team in the re-start of the operation after a period of care and maintenance. Bryan holds a WA First Class Mine Managers Statutory Certificate as well as Site Senior Executive qualifications.
Robyn McKenzie is a finance executive with over 20 years of international finance experience in the mining, resources and construction industries. Robyn is a Chartered Accountant. Her previous roles include Chief Financial Officer of Primero Group (part of NRW Holdings group) and Vice President of Finance (North America) for Clough. Robyn has experience in corporate strategy, financial management, M&A, treasury, commercial, and supply chain management.
Richard Holder is a metallurgical and operational professional with over 35 years’ domestic and international experience in site General Manager and Chief Operating Officer roles. His previous General Manager positions include Doray Minerals Limited, Bass Metals Ltd, Alcyone Resources Limited and Beaconsfield Gold NL, and he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Hellyer Gold Mines Pty Ltd. A highly experienced refractory gold specialist, Mr Holder is regularly engaged by mining companies, financiers and administrators to undertake due diligence and business improvement reviews.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Minerals Engineering) with Honours from the Western Australian School of Mines, is a Fellow and Chartered Professional of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM(CP)) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He has previously held a board position with the Tasmanian Minerals Council.
Victor Rajasooriar is a highly experienced mining executive with more than 25 years’ experience across underground and open-pit operations in Australia and internationally, including leadership roles as Managing Director, CEO and COO of several ASX-listed resource companies. His career includes senior executive positions at Panoramic Resources, Echo Resources and Barminco, where he led large operational teams, executed strategic turnarounds and delivered material improvements in operational performance.
At Echo Resources, he repositioned the company and advanced the Yandal Gold Project, culminating in its acquisition by Northern Star Resources. As Managing Director and CEO of Panoramic Resources, he led the recapitalisation of the company through the COVID-19 period, raising $120 million and restarting operations at the Savannah mine, demonstrating his ability to rebuild complex mining operations.
Martin Alciaturi has more than 40 years’ experience across investment banking, corporate finance and as a mining executive. He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee of 29 Metals Ltd (ASX:29M). His previous roles include Partner in Charge of Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young Perth, Head of Corporate Finance (Perth) at Macquarie Capital, Finance Director at Aquila Resources (ASX:AQA, delisted following it being acquired in 2014) and Finance Director of Sierra Rutile Holdings (ASX:SRX, delisted following it being acquired in 2024).
Mr Alciaturi holds a Bachelor of Science (with honours) in Mechanical Engineering from University College London, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was a member of the Takeovers Panel for 9 years
